Vendor Show

Booths at our vendor show are available with the following level sponsorships: Event, Keynote, Daily Training, Evening Reception, Program, Wednesday Dinner, Lunch, and Premium Booth.

Booth Setup

Sunday:   12:00pm - 3:30pm

Monday:   6:30am - 8:00am

Booth Break-Down

Tuesday:    1:00pm - 2:30pm

All booths are equipped with a 6' table, two chairs, waste basket, and draping. Additional equipment and electricity can be ordered directly through Hershey Expositions. The ordering form and shipping instructions can be found in the Vendor Infomation Packet. 

Keynote and Workshop Attendence

Attendence for two individuals at the Keynote, Daily Workshops, Welcome Receiptions, and daily lunches are included with the following level sponsorships: Event, Keynote, Daily Training, Welcome Reception, Program, Wednesday Dinner, Lunch, and Premium Booth. Attendees can decide each morning which workshop they are attending.

Hotel Accommodations

Rooms at the Hershey Lodge are available to attendees and sponsors for just $149 per night, plus tax. Rooms include access to a complimentary breakfast buffet each day. To reserve your room, contact the Hershey Lodge directly at 855-729-3108 and mention Horizon Federal Credit Union.
