Monday:    8:00am - 9:00am; 12:00pm - 1:00pm; 2:30pm - 3:00pm; 4:00pm - 6:30pm

Tuesday: 8:00am - 9:00am; 12:00pm - 1:00pm

All booths are equipped with a 6' table, two chairs, waste basket, and draping. Additional equipment and electricity can be ordered directly through Hershey Expositions. The ordering form and shipping instructions can be found in the Vendor Infomation Packet. 

Reception and Workshop Attendance

Attendance for two individuals at the Daily Workshops, Welcome Receptions, and daily lunches are included with your sponsorship. Attendees can decide each morning which workshop they are attending.

Hotel Accommodations

Rooms at the Hershey Lodge are available to attendees and sponsors for just $169 per night, plus tax. Rooms include access to a complimentary breakfast buffet each day. You can reserve your room online, or by contact the Hershey Lodge directly at 855-729-3108 and mention Horizon Federal Credit Union.
