Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university; preferably with a concentration in accounting or finance. Minimum five years’ experience in progressive leadership within a financial or lending institution.

Full Time. Starting salary rage $55,000 - $60,000.

The Mortgage Specialist is responsible for taking ownership of the entire mortgage loan experience; from application through closing, providing exceptional service.  This professional will seek out and cultivate realtor partnerships throughout our local communities to generate mortgage loan production.

Minimum 2 years’ mortgage or realtor experience required.  Ability to obtain NMLS required.  Candidate must have proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and a demonstrated passion for exceptional service.  Travel, nights, and weekend availability required.  Full-time.  Competitive commission-based compensation.

Are you looking to lead a dynamic, progressive and growing team?  The Consumer Lending Manager at Horizon Federal Credit Union is responsible for ensuring all facets of our consumer and home lending programs are accurate and efficient while creating high quality, member focused solutions. The Lending Manager enthusiastically drives the Credit Union’s lending production levels through the development of strong business relationships, staff knowledge and appropriate technology. 

This leadership position is responsible for identifying missed or expanded opportunities to effectively grow member relationships and enhance the Credit Union’s competitive position in a manner consistent with its mission and vision.  The successful candidate oversees all lending personnel and day-to-day operations.

Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing required; Bachelor’s preferred.  May substitute for related experience.  Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience within branch operations or lending required.  Demonstrated commercial lending experience a plus, but not required.  Thorough understanding required of financial products, services, processes, procedures, policies and regulations.  Successful candidate must have proven sales management track record and demonstrated passion for exceptional service.  Exemplary interpersonal, problem solving, communication and computer skills required.  Full-Time
