This individual will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and expanding member relationships through non-branch delivery methods; including phone, email, video, and online chat.  Providing exceptional service and interaction experience among your team members within your department and across Horizon is crucial. 

This individual must be self-motivated, ambitious and possess excellent customer service skills. Some duties will include performing transactional duties, open new or close accounts, and outbound calling.

This individual must meet all requirements for hire and be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule.

Takes ownership to ensure an exceptional member experience through non-branch alternative delivery methods and provides high-level support to CFIO. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university; preferably with a concentration in accounting or finance. Minimum five years’ experience in progressive leadership within a financial or lending institution.

Full Time. Starting salary rage $55,000 - $60,000.

The Mortgage Specialist is responsible for taking ownership of the entire mortgage loan experience; from application through closing, providing exceptional service.  This professional will seek out and cultivate realtor partnerships throughout our local communities to generate mortgage loan production.

Minimum 2 years’ mortgage or realtor experience required.  Ability to obtain NMLS required.  Candidate must have proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and a demonstrated passion for exceptional service.  Travel, nights, and weekend availability required.  Full-time.  Competitive commission-based compensation.
