Wilny is a psychotherapist whose education includes studies in vocal performance under the auspices of the London Royal School of Music. It also includes undergraduate and graduate studies in behavioral sciences and social work at Andrews University, in Berrien Springs, Michigan and the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

With more than twenty years of experience in the public and private sectors, Wilny has developed creative ways of presenting relevant topics in a fun, thought-provoking and pragmatic way. His interactive style and immediately applicable "how tos" have inspired clients to invite him back again and again. He designs and delivers presentations that help facilitate a better workplace environment for Fortune 500 companies, professional associations, government agencies and educational institutions. Wilny’s main passion is in Communication, Team Building, Leadership, Empowerment, Conflict and Difficult People. Wilny’s work has taken him to every state in the US, the UK, France, Romania, Italy, all over the Caribbean, Canada, and South Africa. Having done training in three languages, he has a great sensitivity for people of different cultures and customs He serves as an adjunct professor for Johnson and Wales University and Rockhurst University.
