Michael Leone

Michael Leone has had the pleasure of serving the Credit Union industry for over 12 years and working for an inspiring credit union, Widget Financial as the Training and Development Manager and, most recently, the Employee Experience Director.  He’s been conducting compelling and insightful training for over 21 years where he leverages his theatrical background to help employees come out of their shells, take risks, grow and, most importantly, have fun in the process.

He’s had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Jim Smith Jr. as they trained presentation skills in a variety of companies around the country. Most recently, he’s created TapBackIn.com where he shares his observations about business, life, and everything in between in vlog and blog form. The goal of which is to help people to tap back in to their best selves.
